do first instead of this particular process. I think for one of the final steps in a highly technical suspension set up it couldn't hurt much. I did this on my previous Z but never got a chance to stretch the body's legs out since I parted the project out all together. But I did do this in my previous car, my '96 Camaro RS. I mostly noticed a very recognizable difference in road noise going a little more silent as I am assuming the once hollow chambers that would resonate sound are now filled and don't allow the resonation to occur. I did however notice a slightly better feel on hard turns and under elevated and deelevating portions of road. *shrug* For around $150...I've blown money in dumber ways on even less effective modifications.
